NAV TV is proud to announce the release of the all new NAV TV VEHICLEDOCK.
This great new product has been in development over the past year and is the first iPod docking station of its kind, with full integration to your OEM sat nav screen (or any other in-car-screen) allowing you to enjoy all your iPod entertainment, including movies. You can browse your iPod, play music, view movies and display picture slideshows. It''s the perfect solution for bringing the iPod into an existing mobile multimedia system. (providing there is an available A/V input)
As one of the first generic intefaces to come out of NAV TV, the NAV TV VEHICLEDOCK is a universal iPod docking station that can be connected to any screen in your car (providing there is a free A/V input). The system is a hideaway unit controlled by a remote control (or connected to the OEM screen). Users will be familiar with the iPod-like music selection of song, artist, playlist, album or genre. However this has a unique feature that will allow you to browse the video menu on screen, then play your video selection on your in-car screen without having to fumble with the iPod.Users can select an iPod photo image slideshow or album artwork, as music is being played. You can watch videos, listen to music, podcasts and even audio books. The unit can be switched between NTSC/PAL it also has an S-video output. This is a great unit for automotive integration.
To eliminate the remote control you can use one of NAV TV's programmable MOST AV inputs (OPV kits) that will transfer control of the NAV TV VEHICLEDOCK to the OEM head unit. The programmable OPV kits are only available for Mercedes, Porsche and Land Rover at present and will be followed by Audi and BMW in the near future. VIEW BY CAR MARQUE

- View movies, music videos directly on your in car screen.
- Create your own picture slide shows, gather your favourite pictures and have them displayed on your screen whilst listening to your music.
- Change the colour schemes to match you mood, iPod or car colour, 12 colour schemes to choose from.
- Create your own playlists on the fly with the jukebox function, as one of your favourite songs is playing, hold down the jukebox key and the song is automatically stored in the jukebox playlist, add as many as you like.
- The NAV TV Vehicledock has many screen savers to choose from displaying album art, to spacemen popping up all over the screen
